Grant's Cafe Games hereby gives you a non-exclusive license to use the software
"INTENTION 3d Game System" sometimes refered to as the I3DGS

You may:
- use the "INTENTION 3d Game System" on any single computer;
- copy the Software INSTALLATION PACKAGE for archival purposes, provided any copy must contain all of the original Software's proprietary notices.

You may not:
- modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise
alter "INTENTION 3d Game System"
- create derivative works based on the Software;
- copy the Software (except as specified above);
- rent, lease, transfer or otherwise transfer your limited rights to the "INTENTION 3d Game System".
- remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software.

Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights to "INTENTION 3d Game System" shall remain that of Grant's Cafe Games. The "INTENTION 3d Game System" is protected by international copyright treaties.

Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to any content accessed through the "INTENTION 3d Game System" is the property of the applicable content owner and may be protected by applicable copyright or other law.

This License gives you no rights to such content.

TERMINATION
The license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the limitations described above. On termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software and Documentation.
